45 year old from Tracy California had Gastric Bypass surgery and lost greater than 100 pounds. She had excess skin that would hang and become irritated in both her breasts and in the abdomen. She underwent a mastopexy augmentation and bidirectional tummy tuck. Both surgeries were performed with one operation.
